Here you see eggs in the grocery store where we shop. They sit on the shelves without being refridgerated. I'm used to eating eggs most every day, and I always thought they would spoil if left at room temperature. I had to hesitate on buying these for about a week. After I kept watching other people buy them I finally took the leap of faith and started eating them.
I'm hoping I won't get the 'Bird Flu' and start hauking up chicken feathers!
